I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore Please notify me at least 72 hours prior to your appointment time and I will gladly reschedule your reservation.
72 hours (3 days) notice BEFORE day of appointment for any rescheduling or cancellation.
$25 dollar fee for FIRST time of failing to give 72 hour notice (this means if you reschedule or cancel within that 72 hour period before the day of your appointment, you will be charged $25. Ex: Sunday appointment would need to be canceled by Thursday to avoid the $25 fee.)
50% of full price of all services scheduled for your appointment will be charged for failure to cancel with 72 hour notice (after the first time, mentioned above)

  • Refusal to pay upon canceling will result in sending to collections.
  • 100% charge for all services upon rescheduling or canceling the day of the appointment
  • During the holiday seasons clients must inform me 2 weeks in advance for any changes in their appointment. Holiday season starts from November 1st till jan 5th.
  • please confirm the appointment once you receive email/text appointment reminder. Any unconfirmed appointments will be assumed to be canceled and your appointment time will become available to other clients.

Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advanced because i know how easy it is to forget. Because the service is reserved for you PERSONALLY, a CANCELLATION FEE will apply.

*In the event that the 72 hour cancellation fee is required, I will call you and request payment by phone. Once I receive the payment, I will be happy to schedule your next service.

Late Policy

  • Late arrival is not acceptable. I cannot start your services more than 5 minutes late because of consultation time, service preparation, service performance, and sanitation/disinfection time as all of these factors impact the next client’s appointment time

Electronic policy

  • No use of electronics, including phones, laptops, ipads, headsets, or devices for zoom/conference calls. I cannot service clients properly or in a timely manner when I have to work around people chatting, conferencing, and/or working during their appointments. No working (including calls) during hair services

Children Services and Expectations

  • Kids must be supervised 1:1 at all times (meaning one adult per child)
  • Kids cannot touch tools, equipment, or cabinets in the hair studio. Kids and adults must stay in the downstairs hair studio. The rest of the house is not part of the business, as it services as my residence and personal space. This applies to everyone.
  • Guardians of children are responsible for any damages to studio equipment and the child as there are cleaning chemicals including bleach, sharp objects, hot tools, breakable glasses, etc
  • Can’t run around studio or house
  • Kids can only be serviced on days when adults aren’t being serviced and can supervise the whole time
  • No sitting/playing/drawing/eating at manicure table
  • ****no kids on floor- bleach products used to clean floors, takes a long time to pack up after services when kids have emptied backpacks full of snacks, toys, coloring materials, etc and I have to clean/disinfect more before the next client

Adult Services

  • If you bring your child without another adult to supervise your child during your service, I cannot service you. You will still be charged the full amount of your scheduled services, plus an inconvenience fee of $200 flat.
  • Payment is due the day of service performed.
  • I cannot hang out/talk after appointments because my schedule is firm.
  • No pets, with the exception of service dogs/pets.
  • No changing services the day of the appointment (again, you can refuse services, but you will still financially responsible for the full amount of scheduled services)
  • Adhere to specific time and date of appointment, as you will be reminded by my emails and texts. (it is suggested that you set calendar reminders, alarms, etc. as I have had clients make excuses about not remembering)
  • Make sure I have an up-to-date email address for you so I can communicate as necessary.

Payments

  • Services are to be paid in full the same day the service is provided. 
  • No friend/family discounts  (meaning everyone is paying the same prices for the same services)
  • Any failure to adhere to these policies will result in a charge of the $200 inconvenience fee.
